This is the website of the Dutch Buddhist Broadcast Foundation. The BOS/BBF is the first independent Buddhist Broadcasting Foundation in the west to produce and broadcast buddhist programs within a country’s Public Broadcasting System.

Most of our tv programmes can be watched online.

George SchoutenNews: Director George Schouten at the Sun Valley Spiritual Film Festival
The Film Lucia Rijker - A Boxer, a Buddhist by director George Schouten will screen this year at the Sun Valley Spiritual Film Festival in Idaho in the U.S. which is held September 18-20.

George Schouten started his career as an experimental filmmaker. Later on he made three feature films and for more than 20 years he mainly worked for the Dutch television station VPRO. In the past 9  years he has also made many documentaries for the Buddhist Broadcast 
Foundation (BOS).
