Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong is a system of Qigong that deepens a student’s connection with heaven and earth, strengthening the body, balancing the emotions, and opening the heart. Master Li Jun Feng, former action film star and teacher at the Academy of Oriental Medicine in Austin, Texas, developed this unique form of healing Qigong. Together with his students, Master Li demonstrates a variety of techniques in breathtaking locations in the Philippines.
Yoga, an ancient meditation discipline, recognizes that the body is a spiritual tool containing a wisdom of its own. In beautiful Singapore locations, world renowned teacher Donna Farhi and her students present this physically demanding yet stunningly graceful path to self-discovery and the recognition of our unity with all of life.
